Unfortunately on Anzac Day Dr. Cooper had a nasty accident on his bike which left him with a fractured hip. He is now back home after about 5 days in hospital and a major operation on his leg.
This type of damage to the bone will take quite some time to heal so we are not sure when Dr. Cooper will return to work, but it is likely to be at least about 6 weeks. Dr. Cooper is disappointed to be unable to provide care to his patients over this period and will miss many of his regular visitors.
He hopes most of his patients stay well while he is away and will look forward to seeing them all again as soon as possible. In the mean time, all the vets working at Cannington Veterinary Hospital will continue to provide the same level of professional care.
