About Us
Our experienced team is dedicated to providing high quality veterinary care with your pet’s wellbeing at the forefront. We aim to make your pet feel at ease in our clinic with a caring and compassionate approach to treatment and consultations. We adopt gentle handling techniques and positive reinforcement to reduce any stress or anxiety your pet may experience whilst visiting the vet. As a result, you and your pet will have an experience a little bit more special, a little more personal and a whole lot less stressful.
Our Clinic
We have a wide range of services and surgical treatments available. Our clinic is fit out with a surgical room, medication dispensary, laboratory, and a grassed outdoor area which provides pets with safe access to fresh air. Additionally, we have a spacious, fully air conditioned kennel for hospitalisation and observation of your pet, so our clients can rest easy knowing their pet will be monitored around the clock should they need to be hospitalised.
Emergencies
We treat emergencies as priority during our clinic open hours. If you have an emergency we advise phoning our clinic immediately to inform us that you are on your way so that we can prepare for your arrival.
When you arrive at our clinic you can expect to be seen immediately by a qualified Veterinary Nurse who will assess your pet’s condition. Please provide as much information as possible as to the cause of your pet’s emergency.
