Microchip implants are a permanent form of identification for your pet. Should your pet ever go missing the microchip can be scanned to read its code number which will correlate to the owner’s details on a national registry. Microchipping is now compulsary for most pets.
Many missing pets have been reunited with their owners through microchipping.
For young pets that are being desexed we recommend implanting the microchip at the same time while they are under anaesthetic to minimise discomfort.
